Warranty Terms

XBD offers a 1-year warranty from the delivery date, ensuring protection against manufacturing defects during normal usage.

Warranty Coverage

• Repairs and Replacements: The warranty covers repairs or replacements of parts that are verified as defective due to clear manufacturing errors.
• Cost Limitations: Only the direct costs associated with repair or replacement are covered, and the total amount will not exceed the original purchase price.
• Normal Wear and Tear: XBD guarantees the product’s performance under ordinary wear and tear conditions.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will not apply if:

• Delayed Reporting: Faults or defects are reported in writing more than 10 days after they are discovered.
• Improper Use: The product is used in ways that deviate from its intended or specified purposes.
• Environmental Damage: Damage is caused by natural disasters, fires, floods, extreme weather, heavy pollution, or exposure to chemicals and solvents.
• Negligence or Misuse: Damage results from vandalism, misuse, abuse, or general negligence.
• Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs or replacements have been carried out by third parties before the issue was reported.
• Faulty Installation: The installation does not follow the user manual or does not utilize the quality installation accessories and materials specified by XBD.
